Amazon Prime Now Expands One-Hour Alcohol Delivery Services

Amazon has become a one-stop shop for some online shoppers to get their everyday household items. On the heels of the recent addition of Martha Stewart's meal kit on AmazonFresh, the company has announced that the Prime Now delivery service has expanded its offerings to include beer and wine — so now you can have booze delivered to your door with the company's one- and two-hour delivery services.

According to the press release, some of the brands included in the Prime Now offering are Bud Light and Veuve Clicquot. The service also includes options from Ohio breweries such as Cleveland's Great Lakes Brewing Company and Cincinnati's Rhinegeist and MadTree Brewing.

"Whether you run out of wine at your dinner party or need more chilled champagne for mimosas at a family brunch, Prime Now can save customers time with superfast delivery so they can skip a trip to the store," Stephenie Landry, vice president of Prime Now worldwide, said in a statement.
