My Essentials: Chef Nadia Giosia, 'Nadia G.'

Nadia Giosia, better known as "Nadia G.," is one badass in the kitchen. With a colorful personality and wicked sense of style, the Canadian chef cooks up a storm — in 3-inch cherry stilettos no less — on her hit Cooking Channel series Nadia G.'s Bitchin' Kitchen.

Often referred to as the "Julia Child of the Net generation," the self-taught chef has shown off her cooking chops in competitions such as Food Network's Chopped All-Stars and Iron Chef America.
