Local Chefs To Showcase Cuisine At St. Louis Greek Fest

Enjoy authentic Greek gyros, souvlaki, moussaka and more will be available at the St. Louis County Greek Fest May 23rd through May 26th at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in Town & Country. The festival runs from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday.

In addition to a wide variety of entrees such as lamb shank, roast chicken, and shrimp saganaki, the menu will include delicious Greek pastries made by parishioners. A full bar will be available.

Greek musicians and folk dancers are scheduled to provide traditional entertainment during the event. A market will feature a selection of Greek-themed gifts, including books, paintings, clothing, and jewelry. In addition, the church is offering guided tours of the basilica, which features soaring ceilings, striking stain glass, and beautiful iconography.
