Did the dog eat the cheese plate? Or, are you so focused on your turkey dinner that you don’t have the time or energy to make an appetizer or dessert for your small Thanksgiving meal?

Never fear—just because you're roasting a whole bird, and making two sides, doesn't mean you have to slave over an appetizer or dessert--or two. We've pulled together some of our favorite quick-fix appetizers and desserts that are both seasonally-appropriate (think pumpkin pie meets pecan pie, deconstructed, in a bowl) and absolutely delicious. No one will know that these products we all hiding in your kitchen.
