Ivanab*tch Introduces World's First Tobacco-Flavored Vodka

Move over, dainty folks who like cupcake and whipped cream vodka, Ivanab*tch is here with a somewhat coarser take on flavored spirit. The International Spirits-owned brand has just expanded its lineup of Netherlands-produced elixirs to include two with the flavors of tobacco.

While a cigarette habit has become reviled of late, and smokers end up stinking like an ashtray, the dried tobacco plant does have a deep and unique flavor and scent. Whether that makes it in to the spirit, we can't say.

According to the company, Ivanab*tch Traditional Tobacco vodka has all-natural flavors of "smoky vanilla blended with sweet caramel," and Ivanab*tch Menthol Tobacco vodka adds to that with a hint of mint. If you love cigars or are a former cigarette smoker, this might be an ok alternative to puffing on cancer sticks.

Both flavors will be available on the market this fall in the 27 states where Ivanabitch is distributed (plus D.C.) in 750-milliliter bottles for around $13 each. The price point puts the spirit on the low end of things, although the tobacco vodkas are only 70-proof, not the usual 80-proof of clear liquors. Still, we're curious, and will be receiving a couple of review samples soon. Stay tuned.
