Bread with Heart-Shaped Hole

To make fried eggs on toast special on Valentine's Day, cut out a heart-shaped hole in the bread first. Toast the bread, buttered on both sides, in a hot, buttered sauté pan and crack an egg in the hole. Cook until the egg is just firm, then flip and quickly cook the second side. Serve immediately.
