Food Instagrams will never not be cool. Overnight oats will also never not be cool, especially if they’re on Instagram.

We don’t need to say too much about overnight oats. You’re familiar with them — they’re oat-based dishes that you create the evening (or earlier) before you plan on enjoying them. Recipes can be as basic as oats, chocolate protein powder, and a tablespoon or two of peanut butter. On the other end of the spectrum, some overnight oat recipes wind up incorporating exotic, unexpected ingredients and, ultimately, turn out as visually stunning pieces of art.

Good morning peeps, My brekkie today before going to uni was over-night oats topped with mandarine, flaxseeds, puffed amaranth, buckwheat, goji berries and a piece of walnut! Hopefully I can do some sport today. Last time I did some was a week ago! What are you training today? __________________ Jó reggelt, Sziasztok, Ma over-night oats volt a reggelim. Vagy hogy mondják magyarul? Éjszakai zabkása? Szerda reggelenként nincs általában sok időm a reggelimet díszítgetni, úgyhogy csak rászórtam a magvakat és a mandarin szeleteket és csókolom. If you don't have time to eat breakfast in the morning these overnight Oates are for you. Put 1 cup of oats into a jar, add your almond milk or any non dairy milk, coconut sugar, peanut butter, almond butter, hemp seeds, chia seeds, A bit of honey, And or maple syrup a bit of cinnamon , a bit of coco then you stick it in your fridge to "cook". The oats absorb the liquid and by the morning is like you have completely cooked oats , you can eat it cold like I do because I don't like microwaves or you can pop that bad boy inside the microwave and heat it up. Get yourself a banana, your over night oats, a water and you can take your tasty, filling and nutritious breakfast with you anywhere you go if you're in a rush or just eat it in the morning if you're lazy to make something! Hope you try it , it's not good to skip breakfast.
