  • 3  Cups  shredded cooked chicken
  • 3/4  Cups  tomatillo salsa
  • mango, chopped
  • avocado, chopped
  • 1/2  Cup  chopped tomatoes
  • 1  Tablespoon  chopped fresh cilantro
  • 12  6-inch flour tortillas, warmed
  • 6-ounce package ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

Directions

Toss chicken with salsa. Combine next 4 ingredients. Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas; top with mango mixture, then feta. Fold in half.
