Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 can organic pumpkin
  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 apple (or one pear)
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 tablespoon hemp or flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 large pinch cardamom
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions
  1. Blend everything on high speed for 1-2 minutes and serve.
