The Food Charlatan
The members of our Culinary Content Network are smart people. For one thing, they’re talented. They produce amazing blogs filled with beautiful photos and interesting and engaging content, and they do it often. For another thing, a lot of them like bacon.
Take, for example, Karen from The Food Charlatan and her oven-roasted potatoes with bacon and Parmesan. Potatoes alone are a pretty tempting bite, but when you sprinkle them with salty Parmesan cheese and crisp tiny bites of salty bacon, they’re out of this world. Cindy from Cindy’s Table knows a thing or two about bacon, too. Her deviled eggs are taken to a new level with a dash of bacon, and we have to say, these are a pretty good last-minute addition to the recipe. We even have members who still think of bacon even though they don't eat meat. Vegan cook Olives for Dinner doesn’t balk at the idea of bacon — she embraces it with her shiitake bacon bites, crispy, smoked slices of shiitake mushrooms that will almost fool you into thinking you’re eating the real thing.
