Restaurants like Rules Restaurant in London and La Tour d’Argent in Paris have not only literally stood the test of time, through wars and tough economic times, but they have also survived the modern opinions and tastes of diners. Even though some of these restaurants have had to move locations, they have still managed to preserve their original ambience and ensure exquisite culinary experiences.
