Epic Bloody Mary
3.7 from 6 ratings
What makes this Bloody Mary, served at Chicago's Dragon Ranch this New Year's Day for $28, isn't just the drink itself -- it's the garnish. Be forewarned, you'll need some solid skewer skills to build this massive garnish.

Ingredients
  • 3 ounce dragon ranch moonshine
  • 3 ounce fris vodka
  • 8 ounce guinness
  • 32 ounce bloody mix
  • beef jerky
  • pork belly steam bun
  • spare rib
  • fried pickle
  • pimento-stuffed fresno chili
  • salami
  • pepperoni
  • artichoke heart
  • pepperoncini
  • okra
  • celery stalk
Directions
  1. Fill a 64-ounce Mason jar completely with ice. Add ingredients and stir. Add more ice if necessary.
  2. Start with a half celery stalk and push a skewer from the bottom of it with the pointed end facing up. Add items from garnish list in order on top of the skewer. Stop with the Fresno Chili being the last item. Top this with a slice of Jalapeno. Next put a full stalk of celery into the drink and lay the loaded half stalk across the rim of the jar and connect the 2 with a skewer. Next take one final skewer and put on the salami, pepperoncini, okra, artichoke heart and pepperoni and stick the skewer into the top of the celery stalk so it looks like the entire thing is on skewer.
