Eat Like Mariah Carey With This 1 Dish

Mariah Carey has been looking pretty incredible these days. After years of fluctuating weight, the iconic pop star is slim once again ahead of the premiere of her new reality series Mariah's World. And the mother of two does not attribute exercise to her stunning weight loss. She claims it's all due to one thing: her diet.

"It's really hard. My diet, you would hate it. You don't need it," she revealed in an interview with E! News. "All you eat is Norwegian salmon and capers every day. That's it."

With a little more prodding, the "All I Want for Christmas Is You" singer revealed she actually does have maybe a little variety in her diet... but not much. "I'm actually serious. No, I try to stick with the proteins. It's the worst," she said with a sigh.

Even if Carey may not be a huge fan of her diet, if you want to eat just like her, it isn't hard. Though sticking to strictly salmon and capers may be unnecessary, cooking some up is not.
