Emmy Winners To Celebrate With Vodka, Dine On Salmon And Beef

While The Daily Meal staff unfortunately won't be attending the Emmys due to prior engagements, LAist got the scoop on what's going to be served at the Governors Ball.

Winners (and losers probably even more so) will be enjoying Grey Goose Cherry Noir vodka cocktails made with St. Germain liqueur, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, and champagne.

The menu, developed by Joachim Splichal's Patina Catering, involves smoked salmon, roasted tenderloin, sunchoke purée, and a white chocolate raspberry sponge cake for dessert.

Meanwhile, the whole 3,800-guest shindig is apparently employing 10,000 pieces of china, 3,500 champagne flutes, and 84 20-foot-tall petals shaped like roses for décor. As for manpower? The kitchen will be the home to 205 cooks, and 45 bartenders are serving up all the booze necessary. Stock up for your Emmy viewing party. You'll just be without Jesse Tyler Ferguson and the rest of the nominees.
