Ingredients
  • ½ hass avocado
  • 1 whole-wheat english muffin, toasted
  • ½ lime
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • kosher salt
  • 1 egg, hard boiled and sliced
  • your favorite powdered hot spice (such as cayenne or red pepper flakes)
Directions
  1. Scoop the avocado onto both halves of the English muffin and mash it down with a fork to spread it evenly over the toast.
  2. Squeeze lime over the avocado. Sprinkle the avocado with cilantro and salt. Top with egg slices and sprinkle with hot spice.
