David Burke's Primehouse To Offer Tableside Caesar Service

David Burke's Primehouse at The James Hotel in Chicago is stepping up its Caesar game in a big way. Its addition of a specially trained Caesar barista, or a "Caesarista" will prepare a made-to-order Caesar salad right at the table.

The Caesar salad is one of the most popular items on the menu, so the restaurant has revamped it to make it even more special for everyone.

The salad will come in three levels of Caesar: Classic, Creative, and Crazy.

Classic will come with the traditional options of grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, grilled filet, or seared ahi tuna. Creative gets a little wild with offerings of butter-poached lobster, smoked salmon, or crabcake croutons. Crazy sounds nothing like any Caesar salad we've ever heard of, with options of smoked Rocky Mountain oysters or foie gras.

Being conscious of diners' time, the restaurant is sure to have the "Caesarista" trained to have the salads made as part of an express 30-minute meal, although guests are encouraged to stay as long as they like.
