Dîner En Blanc In Los Angeles
Dîner en Blanc, the French inspired pop-up picnic event will debut in Los Angeles this August, according to a press release.
The event began in France in 1988, and now attracts over 100,000 white-clad guests around the world.
On August 21st, diners are invited to join in the event at a location that will be revealed minutes before the start. Participants should bring their own picnic materials, including food, drinks, tables, chairs, and silverware, and should of course be dressed in all white.
The only clue to the event location is that it is in one of "the most beautiful parts of the city where diners can see and be seen."
In order to become a confirmed guest, 21+ hopefuls should register on August 9th.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of when the event began in France, and traditional rules and customs will apply such as dress code and exclusivity.
