INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup currants, removed from stems, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 ½ ounces Brugal Añejo rum
  • 3 large scoops coconut sorbet

DIRECTIONS

Blend the currants, rum, and coconut sorbet together until smooth. Pour into a glass to serve and garnish with a bundle of currant berries.
