If you like Piña Coladas... you'll probably like this tropical spiked shake featuring currants, rum, and coconut sorbet.
- ½ cup currants, removed from stems, plus extra for garnish
- 1 ½ ounces Brugal Añejo rum
- 3 large scoops coconut sorbet
Blend the currants, rum, and coconut sorbet together until smooth. Pour into a glass to serve and garnish with a bundle of currant berries.
