Why use water when you can use eggnog?

If you’re anything like us, you want to make something festive and delicious for breakfast on Christmas morning but you don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen cooking and doing dishes (or the night before prepping!).

Good news: mind-blowingly good eggnog pancakes are on the menu and they’re so easy anyone can make them.

Start with three ingredients: a box of Original Bisquick mix, store-bought eggnog, and ground nutmeg. Mix eggnog with Bisquick mix until it reaches the consistency of pancake batter. Then, add a few pinches of ground nutmeg.

Heat a nonstick griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Cook the pancake batter until golden brown on both sides. If your pancakes are sticking, you can also grease the skillet with cooking spray or a small amount of butter.

Once the pancakes are cooked, serve them with a drizzle of caramel sauce or maple syrup. Or, maple syrup mixed with a little bit of bourbon. We’re just sayin’…
