There are few things as delicious as a well-constructed cheese plate. Take yours to the next level with this incredibly easy trick — try marinating one or more of your cheeses in oil, garlic, herbs, or honey.
Cubes of sharp Cheddar cheese are even more delicious when they’re marinated overnight in olive oil and a drizzle of honey. Add a few sprigs of fresh thyme and a clove or two of smashed garlic for even more flavor.
