The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess offers relief from the rhetoric with its Election Fatigue Package, a bipartisan getaway plan that includes overnight accommodations; a $50 daily stimulus credit for food and beverage at the resort's BOURBON STEAK by Michael Mina, La Hacienda by Richard Sandoval, and gastropub The Grill; daily access to Willow Stream Spa; and a private cabana for two at the South Pool with bottled water, a fruit platter, and reserved chaise lounges. To avoid election coverage, guests may choose to not receive the daily newspaper or television news channels during their stay.

Ballot Busting Bargains (Central Florida)
Known as a balloting battleground, the Sunshine State's central Florida hotels are offering special rates in the countdown to Election Day. The Grand Golf Resorts of Florida, which include Innisbrook Resort in Tampa Bay, Reunion Resort in Orlando, and Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, have room discounts of 50 percent off Monday, Sept. 17 (50 days until the election), 35 percent off Tuesday, Oct. 2 (35 days until the election), and 20 percent off Wednesday, Oct. 17 (20 days until the election)
Election Elixirs (Paradise Valley, Ariz.)
The Hermosa Inn's presidential election package includes accommodations at the 34-casita boutique resort, $100 dining credit for two at LON's at the Hermosa, and two drinks — the Romney Refresher and Obama Swizzle — from Last Drop. Guests can opt to receive two Romney Refreshers or two Obama Swizzles, rather than one of each.

Red, White, and You (Washington, DC)
The Mayflower Renaissance has a trio of patriotic packages for election season. The Red, White, and You package includes daily breakfast, parking, and a collection of politically inspired DVDs to rent in-room including The West Wing and The Daily Show. The Election Your Own Turndown includes a ballot for guests to vote on their choice of turndown snack during October. Choices include Barack Obamas chocolate caramels, George W. Bushs pretzels, and Ronald Reagans jelly beans. The hotel is also serving a range of presidential cocktails, including former President Clintons favorite Snakebite, a stout and hard apple cider mix; John F. Kennedys pre-dinner drink of choice, the Daiquiri; and a gin martini in honor of Franklin Roosevelt, who repealed Prohibition and enjoyed many drinks.

Live like the president at the US GRANT Hotel, where 14 presidents have bunked. The 2012 Presidential Package includes accommodation in a presidential suite, a 30-minute helicopter tour of San Diego, and a chef's tasting dinner for two at The Grant Grill. Guests can also order the Off the Record election cocktail, which is, naturally, not on the menu. Combining Romney's home state of Utah with Obama's home state of Hawaii, the Off the Record is a mix of Kona coffee bean-infused High West Double Rye Whiskey, macadamia nut liqueur, macadamia nut rum, and a coffee bean garnish, served over ice.

Celebrate the Inauguration (Washington, D.C.)
Celebrate the 57th presidential inauguration Jan. 21 in the 1,632-square-foot presidential suite at the Park Hyatt Washington. The American Style package includes personal butler service, a signed magnum bottle of cabernet franc from winemaker Jed Steele's winery in Northern California, and a nightly turndown service with Duck Tavern's apple pie. A stylist from Saks Fifth Avenue will fill the closets of the suite with clothing to wear to the inauguration events. Up to 12 guests are invited to an exclusive tasting of cured meats, pinot noir, and American cheese in the suite, and the chef's table at Blue Duck Tavern is also reserved for one evening during the visit, where chef John Melfi will prepare a five-course meal of the president-elect's favorite dishes.
