Cambria Suites Cooks Up an All-New Food Menu

Using the latest food trends in America as its inspiration, Cambria Suites, the all-suites hotel brand from Choice Hotels International, has revamped its entire dining and beverage menu.

The new food and drink offerings feature American comfort-food favorites like gourmet burgers and craft beers along with appetizers and entrées based on the local specialties. Travelers can taste the local cuisines, like Carolina BBQ glazed pork ribs in Raleigh, N.C., and yellow perch fish and chips in Traverse City, Mich., even if they can’t leave the hotel.

This is the first time Cambria Suites has updated its food and beverage program since the brand launched seven years ago. The Cambria Suites in Noblesville, Ind., and Columbus, Ohio, are already serving the new dishes, while the rest of the chain’s 29 U.S. locations will start serving the new menu in the fall.

Some items will be available at all locations, like the blueberry muffin French toast and Cambria Sweets, which are shareable desserts like New York cheesecake lollipops with strawberry sauce and chocolate brownie lollipops with caramel sauce.
