California-Based Veggie Grill Expands

Looks like the West Coast is getting more vegan- and vegetarian-friendly joints. SoCal-based Veggie Grill, which fulfills every stereotype we have about those healthy Californians, is planning on expanding to Washington state and Oregon in the next eight months or so.

It seems like they’ll stick to the Pacific, though, since the owners are “‘hustling to meet the demand’ for more locations up and down the West Coast,” according to the press release. East Coasters will have to wait for their “Sweetheart Fries” and “All Hail Kale” salads.
