Hot weather is approaching and there’s no better way to beat the heat than with delicious ice cream, which is the reason we made frozen treats the theme of this week’s SWAT (Sharing With A Theme).
Our Culinary Content Network came up with recipes ranging from boozy indulgences to kid friendly creations.

Pina Colada Popsicles
Ramona, from Kitchen Simmer, gives a grown up version of popsicles with these piña colada pops. Using fresh pineapple puts this recipe over the top.
Neapolitan Ice Cream Cake
Beeta Hashempour, of Mon Petit Four, keeps ice cream cake simple with a Neapolitan ice cream version. No matter what flavor the kids prefer, this will satisfy them all.
Peanut Butter Choco Tacos
This recipe from Probably This puts a healthy spin on the childhood classic, Klondike’s Choco Taco, with vegan peanut butter ice cream. This makes Beau and Matt the winner of this week’s SWAT.
