Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 large onion, sliced thinly
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1/2 pound green beans
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion until golden or golden brown, depending on your preference. Set aside.
  3. Lay the bacon strips out on a large baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes. Then, remove from the oven and wrap 5-6 green beans and some sautéed onions in each strip. On the same baking sheet, put these bundles back in the oven for 20 more minutes.
