Cooking is easier now than it has ever been, right? Perfecting cooking techniques in the kitchen; however, is an evolving process. There are always new things to learn and new approaches to try. Sadly, for as many tools out there that make preparing meals easier, there are just as many that you have to wonder: what were they thinking when they came up with this thing? While we don't doubt the good intentions of those who crafted these products, there is a limit to utilitarianism, and the buck stops with some of these items.
