A San Francisco native, Noel Santos now works as Executive Chef at the MGM Grand's Diego restaurant and calls Las Vegas home. A Vegas resident since 1999, Santos has worked in some of the city's top kitchens from Blackstone’s Steak House in the Monte Carlo to the Mansion at MGM Grand. He knows his way around Vegas food, on and off the Strip, which makes him the perfect expert to dish on what he loves most in Sin City.
