Kevin Salvi, owner of the Chicago Brew Bus, shares with The Daily Meal where to get the best craft beer in the Windy City. The Chicago Brew Bus drives beer enthusiasts around the city to sip samples at a trio of Chicago’s finest: Goose Island, Haymarket Pub & Brewery, and Moonshine.

Salvi also adds Revolution Brewing and Hamburger Mary’s to his list of recommended breweries to take a tour and have a pint.

Not all Chicago craft beer breweries are open for tours, but Salvi insists visitors should try Half Acre Beer Company’s Daisy Cutter, Metropolitan Brewing’s Krankshaft, and 5 Rabbits Cervacevia. The latter is America’s first Latin-owned brewery, which uses ingredients like ancho chile and passion fruit in its beers.
