Victoria is a formally trained cook and film nerd hailing from New England with degrees in both Culinary Arts and Film and Television from Johnson and Wales University and Boston University respectively. She is an adventurous eater and the mastermind behind Mission: Food, a blog featuring innovative recipes and insightful restaurant reviews. Mission: Food has garnered attention from various restauranteurs and cookbook authors as well as the New York Post. Victoria has also had the privilege of working in the famed Food Network Kitchens, and has since parlayed the knowledge she has gained there into her home kitchen.
