My name is Jothan Yeager, and I am the Bald Gourmet.

I am passionate about food and the power it has to bring joy to everyone; no matter their age, culture, or religion. It is such a beautiful thing. Food can create memories that stay with us for a lifetime. It can bridge barriers, create and repair relationships, and build respect. When shared, food is the purest expression of welcoming and kindness that I can think of.
