About Me
A former engineering math instructor and datacoms engineer turned homemaker. She was born and raised in the Philippines, but is now living in Texas, USA with her husband and two adorable daughters.
She's neither a professional chef nor did she have extensive training in the kitchen, but her desire to share the Filipino cuisine that she grew up with, and her passion for food and cooking inspired her to create her blog Pinay In Texas Cooking Corner, where she shares tested recipes that are sure to satisfy the taste buds of both Filipinos and non-Filipinos.
Though just one year old, her blog is doing very well and was one of the nominees for Babble's Top 100 Food Mom Blogs 2011 and Blogger's Choice Awards Best Food Blog.
