Ingredients

  • 2 rolls puff pastry
  • 1 cup leftover turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup leftover cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup leftover stuffing
  • 1 tsp truffle oil
  • 1/2 wheel of brie cheese

Directions

Preaheat oven to 350 degrees.

Unroll defrosted puff pastry and cut into six sections each.

Mix together turkey, cranberry, and truffle oil until well combined.

In each cut puff pastry section, spread brie cheese evenly. Put a spoonful of stuffing and turkey mixture into the cent of each dough piece. Fold over until well wrapped.

Please each puffed pastry disc onto a greased pan.

Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
