How hard IS it to get a primetime reservation at a city's most coveted restaurants?


Every month The Daily Meal will reveal how difficult it is to reserve a primetime table at a city's most booked restaurants. This month's Toughest Tables hones in on Las Vegas.

We teamed up with Opentable.com's Chief Dining Officer, Caroline Potter, to find out which restaurants customers have established as the most-booked. The ten places below were determined by votes from more than 132,100 diners.

To help you score a much-coveted tables, we cross-examined each restaurant to determine how tough it really is to get seated.

Will You Seat an Incomplete Party? "We do sometimes. It really depends on the circumstance.  Standard policy is complete parties only, but we make exceptions."

What Time Can You Almost Always Get a Reservation? "Generally, we fill up with reservations between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. it's very easy to get a reservation."

What Time Can You Almost Always Get a Reservation? "Pretty much everytime. Peak times are 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., but you can always call because you never know."

Will You Seat an Incomplete Party? "It depends on how busy we are. Mainly yes. If 80% of them are here, yes we will."

What Time Can You Almost Always Get a Reservation? "Eleven to three, that's our lunch. Our busiest time is 5 p.m. to about 9 p.m., so anytime before or after that is pretty easy."

Will You Seat an Incomplete Party? "I don't know 'cause I don't work here at night."
Do You Accept Walk-ins? "Uh-uh."
What Time Can You Almost Always Get a Reservation? "Almost always at 6 p.m., but it kind of depends. Some days, especially weekends, we'll book up. 6 p.m. is the best time because it's the beginning of the night."
