Ingredients
  • 2 cup prepared stuffing
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup gravy
  • 4 hamburger buns or slices of bread
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing, egg, and scallions. Season with salt and pepper, to taste and form stuffing mixture into 4 patties. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties until brown on both sides and heated through, about 3 minutes on each side. Place patties on a slice of bread and top with cranberry sauce and gravy.
