A light and refreshing lemonade-like summer sipper that is easy to make (and drink). Adding ice to the pitcher when mixing the drink is essential, as it helps to water down the beer and vodka mixture.

INGREDIENTS

  • One 12-ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 12 ounces vodka
  • 24 ounces beer, such as Coors
  • 3-4 cups ice, for serving, plus more if desired

DIRECTIONS

Combine the lemonade concentrate, vodka (measure using lemonade container), and beer in a pitcher. Mix until the lemonade dissolves, then add the ice.

Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes at room temperature so the ice has a chance to dilute the mixture a bit, then serve in a pint glass or highball.
