I like indulging at top chef spots. Went with the tasting menu and wine pairing. Nice wine selection! Overall the food was very good. A few dishes could have been a little more cohesive though.

With Top Chef expectations preceding him, one might guess that Dale Levitski would put out safe food. Instead, a salad has shaved licorice; a cheese course arrives as a grilled cheese with apples.

Excellent Sunday brunch. Chef Jeff Sills is a culinary craftsman. We particularly enjoyed the Truffle Shandy and rabbit waffles.

In the short rib "eggs Benedict", fried green tomatoes stand in for English muffins, thick drizzles of red-wine reduction steal the show from hollandaise and short ribs are fall-apart rich.

What I like about this place is you don't know what to expect after you order. There's hints of what's coming, bit the anticipation adds to the experience. BTW, the Short Rib is excellent here.

After a much needed shake-up, the green eatery's emphasis is on prix-fixe, French-American-based items. Plus, with Season 3 Top Chef finalist Dave Levitski at the helm, you just can't go wrong.
