Served at New York City's The Smith East Village and The Smith Midtown, this punch recipe is refreshing but still light. Made with silver rum, watermelon juice, and — our favorite — cava, you'll be the hit of your weekend parties.
- 1 1/2 ounces silver rum
- 1 1/2 ounces watermelon juice
- 1/4 ounce Triple Sec
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/4 ounce pineapple juice
- 6 dashes lime bitters
- Cava float
Add all ingredients except cava to shaker with ice. Shake and pour into margarita glass. Top with cava. Enjoy.
