Peel your egg once it’s cool enough
After the eggs are cooled and peeled, cut the egg long-ways in half.
Scoop the cooked yolk out and place into a separate bowl.
Mix your ingredients (mustard, mayonnaise paprika, salt and cooked yolks) until they are creamy.
Scoop yolk mixture into the egg halves.
Sprinkle paprika on top and chill until serve time!
