Foursquare Tips

  • Only thing good here are the pan fried thick noodles.
  • Serves excellent Cantonese-style seafood dishes, but the off-the-cart dim sum is really the star of the show here.
  • I don't say this lightly... but it's better than Golden Unicorn
  • Family style chinese food, I love the snails! And the steak with chives ;)
  • Good dim sum and great family style dinners for large groups
  • Get the braised tripe-Royal Seafood produces one of the city's best renditions, served w/ a bright red chile oil that colors the lips and opens up the sinuses. The stomach strips are chewy and tender.
  • Good abundant dim sum selection. Don't come late as there will be very few choices . . . . !!!
  • Lobster! It's great
  • Food quality is really nice. Just wish there was more variety and options during dim sum.
  • Bunch of food.
  • Ugh ThIs is so bad. Sadly too sweet for me. And the dimsum is the worst. Go to jinfong instead.
  • Seafood noodle for a good share and sample
  • "Fried crispy bean curd was lovely; even more appealing were cubes of tofu dressed with a rich minced-pork sauce, and olives that were vaguely sweet and more fruity than briny." - NYT 12/12/2012
  • Great dim sum!
  • Seafood noodles awesome
  • As the name implies, this venerable Mott Street restaurant serves excellent Cantonese-style seafood dishes, but the off-the-cart dim sum is really the star of the show here. [Eater 38 Member]
  • Definitely don't come here for dim sum if you don't like sharing tables with at least 2,3 groups of strangers.
  • Nice food but make sure you head over with a chinese friend, else forget the food, you wont even get a place to sit...
  • M-F small, medium and large plates of dim sum are $2 each
  • Get here early for weekend dim sum otherwise you'll be waiting for an hour out the door!
