The "Dynamic Dining" options aim to add a WOW-factor to guests on board experience.

Royal Caribbean International has unveiled its new vision for how you should eat on the high seas onboard their highly anticipated range of Quantum-class ships. “Dynamic Dining” is an innovative culinary experience that will allow guests on the ships Quantum of the Seas and Anthem of the Seas to experience a variety of restaurant concepts, 18 in total, which encapsulates dining in the world’s major cosmopolitan cities.

Seafaring guests will be able to choose from five complimentary, full service restaurants, offering more choice and flexibility than ever before. Guests also will be in full control of their own epicurean journey via a new smart reservations system that empowers them to decide when, where, with whom to dine, and how to dress each evening.

“Dynamic Dining provides a whole new level of flexibility, variety and quality… Our specialty dining options are a WOW,” said Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, executive vice president of operations at Royal Caribbean International in a statement.

“Dynamic Dining” will also reinvent the old standard main dining room. In its place will be five complimentary, full-service restaurants, each with its own distinctive cuisine and immersive ambience that will give guests a more intimate and varied dining experience and a new main event every night of their cruise. New restaurants exclusive to Royal Caribbean include: American Icon Grill, Chic, Silk, The Grande, and Coastal Kitchen.
