Foursquare Tips

  • From this day forth, as mayor of Rosewood Tavern, I decree that all patrons of the bar area shall raise a toast & cheer "ladder drink" when an employee climbs the ladder to ensure favorable standing.
  • "Be smart. Explore [the] beer list, which features approximately two dozen craft brews. Dig into its impressive roster of whiskey & Scotch, replete with unpronounceable distilleries." - Elina Shatkin
  • The Brussels Sprouts are one of the best things on the menu. Order up a side!
  • Saddle up to this Western-style chop house, furnished with exposed brick and lots of old-looking wood, for fine scotch and a Steak Coullotte, because thats what any real cowboy would order.
  • A warm, inviting vibe for folks to socialize over some quality ales or a glass of scotch. They just opened & are experiencing some newbie pains - staff still learning to handle the weekend rush.
  • great selection of beers from around the world. Very sound scottish barman and good pub grub (especially the steaks)
  • Call Martin the Scottish bartender Irish & see what he does.
  • Not a morning person thats okay, the Grand English Breakfast from Rosewood Tavern is available during lunch. They dont call this breakfast grand for no reason.
  • Only hardy scotch fanatics order the Laphroaig. I'd suggest it, but don't expect to kiss anyone for the next couple of hours.
  • Brussels and bacon!
  • A great Scotch list, an impressive craft beer selection and an inviting atmosphere, even if it does feel like a set-dressed version of a Bowery bar.
  • Impossible to order drinks here. Get rid of your barstools on busy nights.
  • La ensalada burrata est da morire! Y que le ponen al aderezo que enamora
  • Best burger and beer selection! And great weekend brunch as well!
  • Ask for Martin, the Scottish bartender. His whiskey knowledge is unbeatable and hell make sure your glass is always full. Just be ready for one heck of a thick accent!
  • The filet is amazing!!! Just do it.
  • The steak is legit. I mean out-of-control good. Great atmosphere and stellar beer list! Stoked to have a Bowery Street Enterprises in our new neighborhood.
  • The mussels are amazing! tip: take home the broth and save for later. Its an amazing comfort thai inspired soup!
  • Get the Indian Spiced Chicken Wings!
  • Moscow mule
