Foursquare Tips

  • UD: If Jordan Belforts yacht had run aground 26 floors above Manhattan, itd look a little something like this: a wooded belowdecks vibe and epic views of Central Park.
  • This swanky midtown spot is offering a special menu of hot drinks this season. Order the Lauren in the winter. This tea-based cocktail ($18) made with Hennessy VSOP, Teatulia Organic Tea, and honey.
  • One of the best views from a rooftop bar in NY
  • Increbles vistas y buenos cocteles.
  • Have to do this at least once; get there early to beat the crowd! The grapefruit cocktail was refreshing.
  • Great bar with a magnificent view. Must go.
  • View is beautiful. Attitude of staff is hotel-bar-that-thinks-it's-doing-something-special. It is not. You've been warned.
  • The swanky, nautically inflected lounge atop the 29-story Viceroy features a 1,200-square-foot terrace with postcardworthy vistas of midtown and Central Park.
  • Surprisingly unpretentious for the neighborhood (Tao and lavo are close by) great views and cocktails are killer.
  • Gorgeous view to the north, including Central Park. Grab a drink downstairs if there's a wait, and bring out-of-towners you want to impress.
  • The view is hard to beat
  • Small outdoor space but gorgeous views. They start enforcing their reserved signs after 10 on a Saturday for that club feel. Pricey, but good wine selection. $14 for a less expensive choice (Malbec)
  • Nice place to meet friends for early drinks, it was too cold and rainy for the rooftop deck.
  • Great place with an amazing view at sunset. Cocktails are expensive but delicious and totally worth it !
  • Jalapeo margarita was honestly well mixed with a genuinely fresh slice of pepper
  • Amazing views and amazing drinks! Best midtown bar if your wallet can handle it. Great for dates and after work drinks
  • Not listed on the menu, but they make a killer mojito!
  • People seemed very pretentious here. (Also, I've paid $20 for a mediocre Moscow Mule that wasn't even in a copper mug. I get that you pay for the view, but still disappointing...)
  • Amazing view of Central Park!
  • Super views of Central Park and spectacular cocktails - pricey
