Richard Gill's Restaurant Pops Up Again In Australia

The first pop-up restaurant in Toowoomba is popping up for a second time at the Park Motor Inn July 27. Run by Richard Gill, the temporary restaurant stars Gill's herd of South African nguni cattle, the first in Australia.

Gill's inspiration for the restaurant was to showcase the cattle through an ecologically and streamlined marketing campaign.

The popular pop up seats 30 to 40 patrons and serves tasting plates of South African fare. Gill showcases South African dishes, like rump steak, marinated ribs, and mini-filet mignon, in the local restaurant by renting out the space two nights a month.
