Exotic Brats Take Over Minneapolis Thanks To New Bohemia Wurst And Bier Haus
New Bohemia has two locations in Minneapolis where they are serving up some delicious eats. Now, this place isn't just your typical brats place – they are hand-making sausages in exotic flavors. They have over 24 all natural sausages and you even get two free toppings with each order (e.g., spicy kraut, mushroom sauté) – some of my favorite sausages include:

Jackalope Antelope & Rabbit: This sausage was featured on Bizarre Foods and it has a great texture to it because of the mix of meats

Mac and Cheese Dog: Who doesn't love mac and cheese? The sausage isn't overwhelmed by the mac and cheese, and together they make a killer combo enough to satisfy multiple cravings

Chicken & Apple: For those who do not eat beef or pork, the chicken and apple sausage is a tasty option – the bit of sweet from the apple contrast nicely with the savory flavor
Even better than the brats is the selection of beer. Each location has over 30 beers and they dedicate a majority of the beer lines to local breweries. They updated the beer list daily to feature seasonal beers, limited releases, and even unique New Bohemia options made especially for the restaurant.
The atmosphere mimics the likes of other bier halls with large communal tables, which helps as it is the place to go for big games or for a night out on the town.
