Foursquare Tips

  • Crab Imperiale and a kings carving of succulent prime rib - does it get any better? This is the kind of place that will make you treat your lady like a lady, and yourself like Lord of the Manor.
  • You've got to order a cocktail just to read the bev napkin. Oh and yeah it's the best steakhouse in town
  • Must order the namesake dish. A perfect 22 oz. full cut prime rib, prepared rare.
  • The NY Strip is outstanding. Better than In Texas
  • dont forget your dinner jacket or you'll end up wearing a scratchy one from the house!
  • Always order Dover Sole
  • Escargot was great .... FYI the 9oz. Prime Rib is enough.... The other portion is 18 oz.
  • Hands down, the best restaurant in DC. Food. Service. Atmosphere.
  • What a great meal. Pricey, (plan on 2 C-notes for two) but the Prime Rib, Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes are AMAZING! However avoid the sauteed soft shell crab. Yucky!
  • As good as it gets! Ask for Bobby and plan to settle in for a fab evening. Steaks, yes, but Dover Sole three ways: Poached in butter and lemon, Amandine or Baked & stuffed with lump crabmeat. Indeed!
  • Fancier than your average steakhouse- dress to impress!
  • The only that is good here is the bread. The filet mignon was dry and the creamed spinach was nasty. The waiter couldn't recommend a wine to save his life. The service was horrible
  • Of course the steak is astounding. But the seafood is just as good and the staff is great. Great meal from start to finish. And worth the price.
  • Todo!! ami
  • A nice place for a business lunch with good food & service to match.
  • Great steaks and prime rib with great wine selection. Perfect for business dinner.
  • You'll need a sports jacket even though it isn't stated on their website.
  • The best steakhouse in town. Skin potatoes and creme brul are amazing
  • Wonderful ambience! The full cut of prime rib is fantastic and you can't go wrong with any of their crab dishes. Cross your fingers Eric is your waiter...he's extraordinarily attentive & very witty!
  • Really? You need to ask? Go for the bloody, juicy splendor of some serious cow.
