Foursquare Tips

  • Breakfast at Hawksmoor is our kind of meal. So. Much. Bacon.
  • Best service I have had in London, expertly pitched between, informal, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The meat is decent too.
  • All the Hawksmoor restaurants have great free WiFi, although you may sometimes have to hunt a bit for a good spot to sit.
  • Easy to grab a table in the bar, rather than the main restaurant, anytime before 8pm. Personal highlight: the Hawksmoor Burger with beef dripping chips - forget Shake Shack, this is 15 well spent.
  • All round superb. Highlight was the pork belly ribs to start with. Excellent. Fillet steak and chocolate and caramel tart not far behind.
  • My God. I came here for breakfast (which was excellent) - but discovered the absolutely smashing 'Marmalade Cocktail'. It's 8am, I've sunk two of the little beauties - and I am now all set for the day
  • Breakfast was perfect and make sure you're hungry cause the portions are big :-D
  • Good food, good service.
  • What you might not know is that on Mondays, these steakhouses offer BYOB, which goes down well because the prices on its wine list creep well into the hundreds. Theres a generous 5 corkage fee.
  • The cocktail menu is massive, starting with early morning drinks and finishing with Disco Drinks, with all sorts in between. Then theres the food with some of the best steak in London!
  • Make sure you visit this spot in The City for juicy steaks. Chat with Clark Lynn and the rest of the crew - very cool guys.
  • Extremely rude service. We have been to all the Hawksmoor branches. If you can, please do avoid this one, unless you enjoy waiting 25 minutes before someone takes your order without out any ANY apology
  • Steak! Food!
  • Use the company credit card to buy champagne
  • Tried the beef feast, not recommended - overpriced, overwhelmingly big size which is not necessary, taste of each dish is rather similar, the beef tea is like as if you are drinking beef stock.
  • Alice is an angel. Fantastic food, fantastic wine, fantastic service. Bone-in prime rib, triple cooked & beef dripping chips, half a lobster on the side and a bottle of Rioja. Meat Heaven.
  • #winelover tip: have the Rioja 1999. It's pretty good and for 42 pounds is the best value in the house
  • Try the beef. And the wine. And the cocktails.
  • Porterhouse. Medium. Trust me. If not, just ask Neil and he will tell you.
  • The D-rump steak is great value and awesome flavour, plus is sounds like a California rapper's name!
