  • Rib eye, 200 days grain fed. (250 g) 200. Medium rare and a bit of fat. Recommend the red wine jus sauce.
  • Strawberry Romanoff. Vanilla ice cream, strawberries, strawberry sauce, Cointreau whipped cream. 60. Very good. A delightful way to end a great meal.
  • Asparagus, hazel nuts, fresh thyme. 40. The hazel nuts makes it special.
  • Tenderloin, lychee wood roasted, 200 days grain fed (250 g). 300. Hands down, one of the best steaks in China!
  • Foies gras, panfried, cherries, cabernet reduction. 150. Delicious and great value.
