Foursquare Tips

  • Honestly priced small-plate establishment. Gratuity free. Comfortable dining yet intimate date spot. Best scallops on this side of the canal. Recommend the pappardelle!
  • Creative and interesting menu, great service, cool atmosphere and location
  • excellent food!!! new in Brooklyn love it
  • Gratuity is just included in the prices. No calculating at the end, just sign.
  • Rabbit in a jar, dry aged duck, and all the vegetables and cocktails are all great
  • Get the Brussel Sprouts for sure - the trick is they are deep fried. You can skip the octopus. The duck was fantastic.
  • Oysters, tartare and agnolotti were fantastic. So was the wine!
  • Easily the greatest French Toast you'll ever experience in your lifetime
  • Fantastic food, service was a little absent-minded
  • This is one of the best restaurants in Brooklyn. No question! Innovative food that's incredibly delicious. Amazing flavors. Th pasta dishes are excellent and the Paloma cocktail is awesome.
  • Love their food, but their wine list is inexplicable. Only Beaujolais if you want a red, which doesn't go with most of their food. (And if you hate Beaujolais, as i do, you're fucked.)
  • Fantastic spot! Everything had a ton of flavor. My favorites were the duck, scallops, swordfish and the clam chowder. I don't think you can go wrong here, though!
  • Great place for a #dinnerdate. Cocktail & wine selection matches the well thought out menu (which has subtle changes often). A great addition to the surrounding once sparse neighborhood. must visit!
  • BBQ kohlrabi (I was skeptical too) and heirloom tomatoes!
  • The soft shell crab with corn was phenomenal - really excellent flavor combination, salty and sweet. The duck was also really delicious... Everything was beyond great.
  • Get anything it's all amazing, even the bread and butter
  • Great addition to the up-and-coming Gowanus area. Recommend the wood-fired oysters and fluke ceviche.
  • The duck, BBQ Kohlrabi, and scallops were incredible but everything was lovely. Still not sure if we were supposed to tip or not, though! They make it a little confusing.
  • The wine list is long, and so will be your conversation.
  • Get the grits and chorizo sauce...amazing savory breakfast
