Foursquare Tips

  • 4/5 stars: Colbert offers beautiful food and friendly, faultless service.
  • Exactly like Oriel was but in need of outside heaters (bit chilly)
  • Granola with yogurt was the yummiest granola I've ever had! eggs royal or Florence are really tasty! And they serve one of the best cappuccinos
  • Think fabulous croque monsieurs and steak Dianes served up against a backdrop of vintage posters and dripping chandeliers, whether breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or night-night munch
  • Eggs Benedict! Better to book table in advance, very busy.
  • Service is quite slow, but everything else is wonderful, so if you want a leisurely drink or meal as opposed to a quick one Colbert is great! And the breakfast portions are huge!
  • .
  • Allows dogs in the bar area!
  • Opened by Chris Corbin and Jeremey King (The Wolseley, The Delaunay)
  • Best Eggs Royale in London! Perfect place for breakfast as in as outside.
  • You must go to the toilet, even if you don't have to go to the toilet
  • Great steak tartare in a lovely atmosphere! The breadsticks are amazing too.
  • Try the minute steak! Delish!!
  • Dress casual and drag down the poshness level
  • Good service. Got seated for a light dinner when it was really busy. Delicious croques!
  • Really disappointing. Avoid the tasteless omelet. The service was also unpleasant. Can't believe they replaced the horrible Oriel with something equally bad / worse. Is this place damned???
  • Avoid Jimmy Carr.
  • Excellent service by the bar. Try the eggs, bacon and virgin Mary tomatoes
  • Amazing food
  • French bistrot food, would be a bit overpriced in Paris but good quality and good service. Bread is a bit funny, tastes a bit too sweet.
