  • Get the open-faced pork bun. Trust me.
  • Recommend the following the traditional Peruvian chicken dish, ceviche with flounder. The Peru alcoholic seasonal drink with purple corn and lemon grass. The pork belly fried rice if hungry. Cooll.
  • The long waits are worth it: Try out the terrific dim sum, a first-class pisco sour and the house signature seviche, Clsico la Mar.
  • If you've been to a number of Jos Andres restaurants, this one stands out for being the most different. Peruvian street food skewers were most worth my $.
  • Ask for Jeremy to be your server and def try the Concolon, Uni, and Seco de Res. Plus they make an excellent pisco sour!

  • Lots of tables with last Susan's. Great for sharing food with a big group!
  • Ceviche, crunchy tuna roll, chicken skewers (perfect for your pickier eaters), beef stew, noodle and tomato dish. Fun, loud, true fusion atmosphere!
  • Get the tasting menu, it's amazing and you get to try a bit of everything. Includes about 12 courses so it's definitely worth the price. All the pisco's are delicious as well!

  • This place is big with a really good feel to it. We decided to settle for some Aeropuerto fried rice,Tuna Nigiri & California rolls which I'm sure to go back for. All well plated & delicious. 10/10
  • The ceviches, con colon, and cocktails
  • Good ceviche, order a pizco sour. If you have a sweet tooth ask for a Suspiro Limeo.
  • Large space with an eclectic menu - sushi, ceviche and dim sum? Oh my! Portions are smaller as you're meant to order several plates & share
  • The dim sum captures the chifa flavored in every bite.
